Description

Lowara DL & GL submersible water pumps are designed for transferring wastewater and sewage containing solids up to 50mm. These robust and corrosion-resistant submersible sewage pumps are suitable for a range of applications, including pumping domestic and industrial sewage with suspended solids, agricultural waste, emptying sumps, septic tanks and wastewater discharge tanks and draining flooded excavations. Carefully designed to provide the highest pump quality and efficiency, the DL & GL submersible wastewater pumps can be used in fixed and mobile installations.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and tough cast iron, these Lowara submersible sewage pumps are also supplied with a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal, which prevents water ingress and ensures a long life. The DL & GL submersible water pumps are supplied with a channel impeller which is more efficient than vortex impellers, but it needs to be considered that it is more prone to blockage. For all sewage applications, as a leading electric submersible pump supplier, we recommend using vortex impeller pumps due to the minimal risk of clogging and solid handling capabilities, unless the discharge head is too high or the pipe run is too long. In case you need a submersible sewage pump with vortex impellers, we recommend Lowara DLV & GLV pumps.

Available with or without a float switch for automatic operation, these submersible wastewater pumps are lightweight and easy to move and install, making them a perfect solution for many domestic, industrial, and agricultural applications.
