Whisper Pumps offer a range of fire sprinkler pumps designed for both residential and commercial fire protection systems. We offer a variety of small vertical multistage pumps as fire sprinkler jockey pumps. Jockey pumps are installed to maintain the water pressure of the sprinkler system to compensate for small leaks or pressure losses, therefore preventing regular on/off cycling of the fire booster pump.
The booster pump for the fire sprinkler system will therefore only be activated when there is a pressure drop caused by the sprinkler being activated. At this point, the fire booster pump will deliver a high volume of water to deal with the fire. We only supply leading brands such as Lowara, Ebara, Grundfos and Calpeda so that you can be confident in their performance as fire sprinkler pumps.
