Description

Ebara DW submersible pumps are designed for transferring wastewater containing solids up to 50mm. These Ebara electric submersible pumps come with a threaded connection for easy assembly and double mechanical seals to prevent leakage, increase service life and ensure reliability. Carefully designed to provide the highest pump quality and efficiency, these submersible pumps can be used in fixed and mobile installations. The robust hydraulic pump design, make these submersible wastewater pumps ideal for various applications including remote sewage stations for housing developments, agricultural waste, pubs, hotels, restaurants, and water displays.

The Ebara DW submersible pumps are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for maximum abrasion resistance and supplied with a channel impeller. Submersible sewage pumps with channel impellers are generally more efficient than vortex impellers, but it needs to be considered that they are more prone to blockage. For all sewage applications, as a leading submersible pump supplier we recommend using vortex impeller pumps in due to the minimal risk of clogging and solid handling capabilities, unless the discharge head is too high, or the pipe run is too long.

Available with or without a float switch for automatic operation, these submersible wastewater pumps are lightweight and easy to move and install, making them a perfect solution for many domestic, industrial and agricultural applications. There is also a model available with cast iron spacer.
