Description
The JS-SV submersible water pumps with vortex impellers are specially designed to pump foul wastewater and dirty water containing solids up to 36mm. These high-quality submersible effluent pumps are ideal pumping solutions for a range of applications, including wastewater treatment plants and final effluent pumping, agricultural wastewater, irrigation and water displays.
Manufactured from robust cast iron, while the motor shaft and casing are made from stainless steel, the JS-SV submersible dirty water pumps are also supplied with double mechanical seals, which ensure long life and reliability. To enhance the robust pump design, these electric submersible pumps come with additional lip seal protection that keeps impurities and abrasives away from the mechanical seals and thermal overload protection guarding against high amperage and high temperature.
The JS-SV pumps are supplied with vortex impellers which offer more efficient operation and make these effluent pumps reliable pumping solutions even when transferring water with solids. As a leading submersible pump supplier, we recommend using vortex impeller pumps in applications involving pumping dirty water with solids due to the minimal risk of clogging unless the discharge head is too high or the pipe run is too long. In case you need a more heavy-duty submersible dirty water pump that can handle a large amount of solids, we recommend our heavy-duty range of JS-SV pumps.
Available with or without a float switch for automatic operation, these submersible effluent pumps are lightweight and easy to move and install, making them a perfect solution for many domestic, industrial and agricultural applications.
