Description

JS-SV and JST-SV heavy-duty submersible pumps with vortex impellers are designed for transferring wastewater and sewage containing soft suspended solids up to 80mm. These electric submersible pumps are able to pass entire solids up to 90% of the outlet diameter without clogging or causing pump damage. Suitable for a range of applications, including remote sewage stations for housing developments, agricultural waste, pubs, hotels and restaurants, these submersible sewage pumps are robust and reliable solutions.

JS-SV and JST-SV submersible water pumps are carefully designed to provide the highest pump quality and efficiency. Supplied with double mechanical seals to prevent leakage, increase service life and ensure reliability, these submersible wastewater pumps also come with an additional lip seal protection that keeps impurities and abrasives away from the mechanical seals. To enhance the pump's durability, JS-SV and JST-SV have thermal overload protection that guards the submersible water pump against high amperage and high temperature.

These heavy-duty submersible sewage pumps by JS come with vortex impellers for more effective operation when transferring fluid containing solids. Although channel impellers are more efficient than vortex impellers, they are more prone to blockage. Therefore as a leading submersible pump supplier, we recommend using vortex impeller pumps in all sewage pump applications due to the minimal risk of clogging and solid handling capabilities, unless the discharge head is too high, or the pipe run is too long.

Available with or without a float switch for automatic operation, the JS-SV and JST-SV submersible wastewater pumps are lightweight and easy to move and install, making them a perfect solution for many domestic, industrial, and agricultural applications.
