Description

Efaflu VTQ submersible water pumps (~ 1450rpm) are designed for transferring wastewater and sewage with solids up to 100 mm. These submersible sewage pumps are continuous-duty industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage applications, including transferring wastewater and sewage from tanks, draining rainwater and floodwater and pumping sewage in small wastewater stations. These VTQ electric submersible pump models (~ 1450rpm) have a higher flow rate than Efaflu VTQ submersible wastewater pumps (~ 2900rpm) version. Therefore, we recommend the Efaflu VTQ pumps models (~ 1450rpm) to be used for continuous running application where a higher flow rate is a requirement.

Benefitting from a versatile, robust and compact design, these submersible sewage pumps by Efaflu are made from tough cast iron and are supplied with double mechanical seals that prevent leakage, increase service life and ensure reliability. In addition, these Efaflu VTQ submersible pumps come with vortex impellers for more efficient operation when transferring fluid containing solids. Although channel impellers are more efficient than vortex impellers, they are more prone to blockage. Therefore as a leading submersible pump supplier, we recommend using vortex impeller pumps in all sewage applications due to the minimal risk of clogging and solid handling capabilities unless the discharge head is too high or the pipe run is too long.

Available as 230V and 400V, these electric submersible pumps can be supplied with single-phase motor that includes thermal over-current protection and a float switch for automatic operation.
