Description
The water filter housings are made from heavy duty high quality polypropylene and are WRAS approved, meaning that these are suitable for drinking water filters and can be used for both industrial and domestic applications. Although sometimes the water looks clear and you cannot see any contamination, there could be harmful bacteria that needs filtering out. Therefore, these well water filters housings can be used individually or coupled together in a series with different cartridges to achieve a staged removal of impurities or in parallel to allow high flow filtration of private water supply.
The water filter housings are supplied empty, ready to be installed with our comprehensive range of borehole water filter cartridges to solve most water purity problems as well as remove bad taste and odour. The beauty of these 10’’ and 20’’ ground water filter housings is that they are equipped with a built in pressure relief valve which enables accumulated air to be released after cartridge replacement.
Our standard 10’’ borehole water filter housings are supplied with a spanner and wall bracket. The big 10 and 20’’ filter housings come with a gauge, spanner, wall bracket, and a bacteriostatic filter centralising ring.
