Standard 10" Water Filter Cartridges

These water filter cartridges for boreholes and private water supplies are produced to guarantee a high nominal filtration level by removing impurities and odour. As water extracted from a borehole or well is likely to contain dirt, sediments and other contaminants that can make it taste and smell bad, these standard groundwater filters are a cost-efficient solution for filtering out large particles and removing bad taste.

The standard 10" private water supply filters are suitable for domestic applications and are interchangeable with the most commonly available filter housings. Our range includes polypropylene filters, washable nylon filters and granular carbon filters, each suitable for a specific application. The Polypropylene well water filters are suitable for sediment removals such as sand, silt, rust and suspended solids. However, if you need borehole water filters for larger particle removal, then we recommend Washable Nylon filters. These filters consist of a mesh (in nylon) supported by a polypropylene backing that filter out solids up to 80µm. For a private water supply or borehole filtration system where odour and bad taste removal is required, our Granular Carbon groundwater filters are an ideal solution as they filter chemicals such as chlorine. The Granular Carbon water filters are popular filtering solutions for applications requiring water supply filters for aquariums, fish tanks, reverse osmosis pre-filtration and more.
