Description

Lowara CO(M) end suction centrifugal pumps are designed to transfer fluids with suspended solids up to 20mm and can handle moderately aggressive liquids. Due to their robust AISI 316 stainless steel construction and highly efficient open impeller, these Lowara end suction pumps are typically used in industrial washing plants, pumping fluids that may contain solids, e.g. washing bottles, jars, glasses and crates, process applications such as paint plants and general dirty liquid handling.

Lowara CO(M) end suction centrifugal water pumps are also commonly used as hot wort transfer pumps in the brewery industry due to their simple and low maintenance design. These single stage end suction centrifugal pumps have a robust construction and can withstand liquid temperatures of up to 120°C, making them an ideal brewery pump solution.

These centrifugal water pumps by Lowara are equipped with highly efficient PLM motors that provide higher pump efficiency, reliability and better quality. Made from corrosion resistant AISI 316 stainless steel Lowara CO(M) horizontal end suction pumps have no diffusers or cavities, which allows easier cleaning and maintenance. In addition, these end suction centrifugal water pumps have a back pull-out design, eliminating the need to disconnect the pump body from the pipeline and allowing easy pump maintenance. Supplied with FPM mechanical seal, the Lowara CO(M) are robust pumps with good resistance to heat and light chemicals.

Thanks to their compact size, these end suction water pumps are also a preferable pumping solution for installations with limited space or difficult to reach spaces. Lowara CO(M) centrifugal water pumps are available as a single-phase, and three-phase versions. The single-phase version of these horizontal end suction pumps comes as standard with automatic reset overload protection. However, for the three-phase version, we recommend installing a control panel, as overload protection must be installed separately.
