Description

GS and GST submersible grinder pumps are highly efficient submersible sewage pumps designed for domestic and industrial applications where either high heads or long distances prohibit the use of standard submersibles or large bore discharge pipe is not available (or uneconomical to install). These submersible wastewater pumps are supplied with tungsten carbide cutters and grinding rings, which allow up to 28,000 cuts per minute, making them an ideal solution for pumping organic waste, disposable wipes, sanitary products, cloths and rags.

Built from heavy-duty cast iron and Stainless Steel, GS and GST submersible sewage grinder pumps are carefully designed to provide the highest pump quality and efficiency. These electric submersible pumps are supplied with double mechanical seals that prevent leakage, increase service life and ensure reliability. In addition, the GS and GST submersible wastewater pumps have an additional lip seal protection that keeps impurities and abrasives away from the mechanical seals and prevents excessive wear. To enhance the pumps' durability, these submersible grinder pumps have thermal overload protection that guards the submersible wastewater pump against high amperage and high temperature.

Available with or without a float switch for automatic operation, the JS GS and GST submersible pump range can be used as free-standing pumping solutions or mounted on guide rails.
