Description
The Hydrofix is a complete packaged water pressure booster set which includes and break tank and booster pump. The Hydrofix pressure boosting system is designed for both domestic and commercial premises with low water pressure or flow.
This break tank and booster set is compact, silent, easy to install and has a type AB air gap thanks to its water pressure booster tank to comply with water authority regulations, allowing it to be connected to the mains supply. Water from the mains or private water supply is stored in the break tank which also houses a submersible pump.
An additional benefit of the Hydrofix water pressure booster set is its built in flow sensor that prevents the pressure boosting pump from running dry. In the event of the water supply failing during operation, the pump automatically shuts down to prevent damage and once the water level is recovered, automatically restarts.
How it works:
Hydrofix Vario
Has a variable speed inverter drive. As demand increases or decreases the controller varies the speed of the water pressure booster pump accordingly to maintain a constant pressure.
Hydrofix Auto
A built in pressure switch automatically starts and stops the pressure boosting pump when a tap or valve on the outlet is opened or closed.

We supply a Hydraulic Kit which fits directly to the Speedmatic controller outlet and absorbs thermal expansion in the distribution pipework system. It also prevents repeated stop/start cycling of the water booster pump in very low demand situations. i.e. dripping taps or ball cocks.
