Description

The Hydrodrive water pressure boosters are self priming Lowara booster pumps controlled by an energy efficient Speedmatic inverter drive to constantly adjust the speed of the pump as demand on the water supply fluctuates to provide constant pressure.

This highly popular model is designed for increasing water pressure in homes, offices, industrial plants and for crop and lawn irrigation. Hydrodrive pressure boosting pumps can draw water from a storage tank or well up to 8 metres deep when fitted with an optional foot valve.

Thanks to the integration of the Speedmatic inverter driver, these water pressure boosting pumps are able to provide the user with constant water pressure with up to 70% energy savings compared to conventional units.

An additional benefit of the Hydrodrive water pressure booster pump design is its dry run protection. In the event of the water supply failing during operation, the pump automatically shuts down to prevent damage to the pump and once the water supply is restored, automatically restarts.

We supply a Hydraulic Kit which fits directly to the Speedmatic controller outlet and absorbs thermal expansion in the distribution pipework system.
