Description

T-T DG Blue Pro submersible pumps with vortex impellers are designed for transferring sewage and wastewater with suspended solids up to 50mm. Suitable for a range of domestic, industrial and agricultural applications, including sewage and treatment works, agricultural waste, pubs, hotels, restaurants and industrial schemes, these electric submersible pumps are robust and reliable pumping solutions.

These single stage submersible pumps by T-T are carefully designed to provide the highest pump quality and efficiency. Made from tough cast iron and supplied with a double silicon carbide mechanical seal which prevents water leakage, these submersible sewage pumps have great performance in terms of flow rate and head. In addition, these heavy-duty T-T submersible wastewater pumps come with vortex impellers and with excellent integral free passage up to 50 mm for more efficient operation when transferring fluid containing solids. Although channel impellers are more efficient than vortex impellers, they are more prone to blockage. Therefore as a leading submersible pump supplier, we recommend using vortex impeller pumps in all sewage applications due to the minimal risk of clogging and solid handling capabilities unless the discharge head is too high or the pipe run is too long.

Available with a float switch for automatic operation, the T-T DG Blue Pro submersible sewage pump range can be used in both temporary and permanent pumping installations.
