Description
The PROLAC HCP Hygienic Centrifugal Pump by Inoxpa is EHEDG certified, with models available with 3A certification. Thanks to its hygienic design, this sanitary centrifugal pump is designed for the brewing, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, where a hygienic pump is required to prevent contamination of the pumped fluid and ensure a safe transfer. This Inoxpa centrifugal pump has a compact and highly efficient hygienic design, and it is made of cold-formed stainless steel to comply with the strictest sanitary requirements and ensure reliable, long-lasting operation.
PROLAC HCP stainless steel sanitary pump is specially designed for CIP/SIP without disassembly and is supplied with a motor that complies with the IEC standards. The Inoxpa pump motor is also protected with a stainless steel shroud and provided with height-adjustable legs for enhanced functionality. This hygienic centrifugal pump comes with an internal single mechanical seal with a hygienic design. As standard, the stationary part is in carbon, the rotary part is in silicon carbide, and the gaskets are in EPDM. However, the PROLAC HCP sanitary pump can be supplied with other materials compatible with pumped fluid when required. To provide easy maintenance and lower the cost of spare parts, Inoxpa hygienic pump can also be supplied with a double mechanical seal made of two identical seals, which simplifies the management of necessary spare parts as the seal is the same.
