Description
When a valve or tap is opened on the outlet side of the control, Presscontrol senses the drop in pressure (below 1.5 bar) and instantly starts the pump. When the valve is closed the pump continues to run for a further 10 seconds to prevent water hammer, and then stops ready for the next demand for water. If the pump runs out of water during operation, the Presscontrol will automatically shut down the pump to prevent damage from dry running. Once the water supply is restored the Presscontrol can be manually re-set.
The Diesel model is suitable for diesel and bio diesel up to B30.

TOP TIP: We recommend the addition of a pressure vessel where the pump is supplying water through ball cocks. This is to prevent repetitive cycling of the pump as the valve closes.
