Description
Koshin Ponstar PX submersible pumps are designed for transferring clean or dirty water and are commonly used for drainage applications such as draining construction sites, wells, swimming pools, cellars, sumps and basements. These robust submersible dewatering pumps are mostly made of an alloy construction with a stainless-steel shaft which provides the highest pump quality and efficiency. The Koshin Ponstar PX submersible water pumps benefit from a urethane rubber impeller and casting, which is highly resistant to wear or damage from small stones and grit and has a longer life than the traditional cast iron.
The unique design of these submersible drainage pumps permits the outlet to be rotated from vertical to horizontal, which is useful for draining trenches etc... Thanks to the double mechanical seal employed for the shaft, and the SIC (silicon carbide) at the bottom, the shaft wear is minimal and pump life is extended. To enhance the robust pump design, the motor of the Koshin Ponstar PX electric submersible pumps is cooled by pumped water which means the pump can operate in shallow puddles without damage.
Available with or without a float switch for automatic operation, these submersible drainage pumps are easy to move and install, making them a perfect solution for pond/aquarium usage, agricultural irrigation and some domestic applications.
