Description
JS KZN are heavy duty submersible slurry pumps specially designed to handle the harsh environment and transfer of muddy liquid generated from civil engineering projects, architectural works and agricultural waste. Due to their robust design, these submersible sludge pumps are a perfect solution for pumping sand, sludge, slurry, and other abrasives.
To enhance the pump design, JS KZN submersible sludge pumps have a built-in agitator, which is specifically designed to create an inherent mixing action at the pump inlet, causing the solids to move into suspension and to help keep the impeller and flow chamber clear and unclogged. Supplied with 4 pole motors (1400 rpm) which reduces the impeller tip speed and allows longer wear life on parts, these submersible water pumps are also perfect for continuous duty operation. In addition, all KZN submersible slurry pumps have double mechanical seals, which ensure long life and reliability for trouble free performance.
Carefully designed to provide the highest pump quality and efficiency, these electric submersible pumps have additional lip seal protection, keeping all impurities and abrasives away from the mechanical seals. To protect the pump motor from high amperage and high temperature, the JS KZN submersible sludge pumps are equipped with thermal overload protection.
