Description
Flotec Compac submersible water pumps are designed for pumping clean water containing particles up to 5mm in diameter. Built from polypropylene with a noryl impeller and stainless steel shaft, these residue drainage pumps are ideal solutions for draining domestic applications, empty and dry flooded rooms, basements, draw water from wells, basins or cisterns. Flotec Compac submersible puddle pumps have a compact and reliable design and are supplied with an integral float switch, which can be selected in automatic or manual mode.
In automatic mode, the integral float switch starts the submersible water pump when the water level reaches 140mm and stops when the level drops to 30mm; this makes it ideal for flooded cellars and basements. In manual mode, the float switch is disabled, so the electric submerible pump can drain down as low as 3mm. These puddle sucker pumps can also draw water from wells, basins and cisterns. To enhance the robust pump design, the motor shaft of these submersible puddle pumps is reinforced with ceramic inserts to guarantee longer life and allow the drainage pump to be used in continuous mode.
